Report completion and procedure compliance Grupo L, a company specializing in concierge services, security, and professional cleaning, is hiring an Access Controller for a residential condominium to **cover vacation periods**. We seek responsible, attentive professionals with strong interpersonal presence to ensure secure entry and exit control for residents, visitors, and service providers. **Main Responsibilities:** Access control for people and vehicles; Visitor registration in the system; CCTV camera monitoring; Intercom response and resident support; Delivery and logging of packages and correspondence; Incident report completion; Compliance with internal condominium procedures. **Requirements:** Completed high school education Prior experience as an access controller or doorman (experience in residential condominiums preferred); Strong communication skills, attentiveness, and professional demeanor; Basic computer literacy; Flexible availability. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Basket II Bonus.
