This role requires constant attention, a **firm demeanor**, accountability, and the **ability to act preventively**, ensuring compliance with **internal regulations and site security.** ### **Responsibilities:** * Control entry and exit of individuals in the building; * Monitor access flow at the reception area; * Support parking control and organization; * Receive, verify, and forward documents; * Authorize or deny access according to established procedures; * Receive and forward official documents; * Operate and support access control systems and turnstiles; * Act preventively to ensure building security; * Maintain order, discipline, and compliance with internal regulations. ### **Requirements** * Prior experience as a porter, custodian, or security officer; * Experience with access control and asset security routines; * Professional, firm, and responsible demeanor; * Ability to handle high-volume pedestrian traffic; * Aptitude for following rules and procedures; * Availability for overtime and occasional Saturday work; * Residing nearby or having easy access is a plus. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Professional and serious demeanor; * Constant attentiveness and sense of responsibility; * Proactive, preventive, and observant profile; * Good communication skills and emotional balance; * Ability to act firmly and respectfully. ### **Benefits** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance: R$ 20.00 per day; * Paid Overtime.
