We seek a Senior Claims Adjuster who will be a key player in managing technical processes involving motorcycles. The professional will play an important role in damage assessment, preparation of technical reports, and validation of estimates, ensuring accuracy in analyses and excellence in decision-making. This position requires a critical eye, in-depth knowledge of motorcycle mechanics and structure, ability to identify potential fraud indicators, and skill to act consultatively with internal and external departments. It is an opportunity for those wishing to directly impact the customer experience and contribute to operational credibility and efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Expertise in motorcycle budgeting, mechanics, and bodywork, with capability to diagnose mechanical, structural, or aesthetic issues. Assess the need for part replacement or repair during budgeting. Classify budgets as partial or total loss, per technical and contractual criteria. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. Engage in prevention and identification of potential fraud indicators. Maintain technical relationships with repair shops and the accredited network. Define, monitor, and analyze departmental performance indicators, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree (Technical education in motorcycle and/or automotive mechanics preferred). Prior experience as a motorcycle appraiser, claims adjuster, or inspector. Experience in repair shops, dealerships, or motorcycle manufacturers/assembly plants is a plus. Previous roles as Technical Specialist, Technical Service Consultant, After-Sales Consultant, or Budget Adjuster. Knowledge of claims management and budgeting systems. Desirable experience in motorcycle repair shops, dealerships, or as a technical consultant in the two-wheeler segment. Familiarity with Cilia, I4pro, PipeFy, and Guidewire systems is a differentiator.
