We are seeking a Junior Claims Analyst to perform the following responsibilities: * Open claims in systems, provisioning and adjusting technical reserves according to coverage. * Receive documents required for claim adjudication processes. * Maintain deadlines as defined by the business area. * A completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in fields related to the insurance industry is desirable: Business Administration, Insurance Management, Managerial Processes, Financial Management, etc. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Knowledge of insurance—particularly in the claims area—or experience with administrative routines is a plus. * Ability to adapt to various operational systems.
