Here, you will have the opportunity to grow, learn from experienced professionals, and make a difference in our clients’ day-to-day operations.? ?Apply now and learn more about our team. **JOIN THE HERD! ?** **Responsibilities:** * Support technical claims analysis by evaluating causes, contracted coverages, involved liabilities, and potential financial impacts * Manage claim processes in the system (Quiver), including opening, tracking, and updating, ensuring accurate data entry * Review and analyze documents (policies, technical reports, expert opinions, contracts, and evidence) to support claims adjudication * Monitor claim workflows with insurers, regulators, experts, and clients, ensuring adherence to deadlines and information quality * Assist in identifying risks and inconsistencies, contributing to more accurate analyses and loss mitigation * Prepare technical reports and preliminary opinions, consolidating information and supporting decision-making * Contact clients and partners to gather additional information and align on handling procedures * Participate in technical meetings and training sessions to develop expertise in insurance, contracts, and risk management **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Law, Civil Engineering, or related fields**, currently pursued or completed * Interest in working with **claims analysis, contracts, and risk management** * Proficiency with technology and systems (familiarity with **Quiver** is a plus) * Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with clients and partners * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines * Proactive profile with willingness to learn and develop in the field **Benefits Offered:** * Meal Allowance – BRL 97/month; * Food Voucher – BRL 33.97/day; * SulAmérica Health Insurance; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass, with company subsidy of BRL 35.90); * Life Insurance; * Birthday Day Off; * Semiannual Performance/Results Bonus; * Workplace Gymnastics and Quick Massage (relaxing massage at work); * Recognition Program (including birthday and work anniversary gifts); * In-house psychologist available twice per month. **Work Model:** On-site
