Contact with members, repair shops, and internal team We are looking for an Event Adjuster to perform technical analysis of automotive claims, ensuring that processes are conducted responsibly, with sound technical judgment and financial balance for the association. Key Responsibilities: Conduct technical analysis of claims (documentary, remote, and/or in-person); Assess causal relationship, verifying consistency between damages and incident dynamics; Identify pre-existing damages or discrepancies in submitted information; Determine claim handling: repair or indemnification (where applicable); Monitor and audit repairs performed at authorized repair shops; Negotiate parts and labor costs to control expenses; Support fraud and process inconsistency prevention; Maintain contact with members, repair shops, and internal team throughout the claim process. Requirements: Experience in automotive mechanics and/or bodywork (essential); Experience in claims adjustment, vehicle protection, or insurance (preferred); Analytical and investigative mindset; Negotiation skills; Strong communication and professional demeanor; Organization and deadline management; Basic computer and system knowledge.
