Beyond technical knowledge, we expect a candidate with **strategic vision and strong analytical capability**, capable of operating critically and results-oriented, as well as possessing **strong interpersonal skills**, enabling seamless interaction across various departments and stakeholders. **Responsibilities:** * Execute and evolve the Compliance, Internal Controls, and Governance program; * Structure, review, and monitor internal policies, standards, and procedures; * Lead due diligence processes, audits, investigations, and monitoring activities; * Manage risks and support the Risk and Compliance Committee; * Monitor and support internal, external, and SUSEP regulatory audits and inspections; * Support the Ombudsman’s Office, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality handling of requests; * Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), management reports, and dashboards; * Structure and monitor internal controls focused on effectiveness and risk mitigation; * Conduct meetings with business units to ensure alignment between regulation and operations; * Support initiatives related to the Operational Loss Database (OLDB); * Collaborate closely with Legal, Claims, Sales, and other departments. **What You Need:** * Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in insurance or reinsurance companies; * Knowledge of Compliance, Internal Controls, Auditing, and Governance; * Experience with SUSEP inspections and regulator interactions; * Experience in AML/CFT, internal controls, and risk management; * Experience building KPIs, dashboards, and data analysis; * Advanced English proficiency. **Here, the challenge is real.
