Job Summary: Pre-selection for a Claims Adjuster position, responsible for inspections, evaluation of claims and damages, preparation of technical reports, and negotiations with third parties. Semi\-presential (Hybrid) work. Conduct on-site inspections when necessary. Evaluate claims and damages to determine repairs and coverage. Prepare technical reports. Negotiate with repair shops, policyholders, and third parties. Negotiate agreements to reduce costs. Provide customer support via chat and phone. Follow up on repairs.
