We are looking for a detail-oriented and committed Claims Adjuster to join our team. The professional will be responsible for technically and rigorously evaluating claim events and ensuring the accuracy and veracity of the analyzed information. Responsibilities: * Evaluate all documentation submitted upon claim opening; * Analyze the associate’s financial situation and contracted benefits; * Technically assess the incident dynamics described in the police report; * Review statements from involved parties collected during the inspection scheduling; * Analyze photos taken at the time of collision and Google Maps images of the incident location; * Reconstruct the collision dynamics, determining liability of the involved parties; * Conduct risk analysis to ensure the veracity of facts reported in the police report. Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48 Requirements: * Technical or undergraduate studies in progress * Prior experience in claims adjusting, preferably in the automotive sector * Technical knowledge of claims analysis, coverages, liabilities, and related documentation * Ability to identify frauds and inconsistencies in claim events * Interpretation of technical documents, fraud reports, and expert appraisals * Knowledge of traffic regulations
