Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Claims Adjuster to accurately evaluate insurance claims, ensuring the authenticity of information and reconstructing the collision sequence. Identify frauds and inconsistencies We are looking for a detail-oriented and committed Claims Adjuster to join our team. The professional will be responsible for technically and rigorously evaluating insurance claims and ensuring the accuracy and authenticity of the analyzed information. Responsibilities: * Evaluate all documentation submitted upon claim opening; * Analyze the member's financial status and contracted benefits; * Technically assess the incident dynamics described in the police report; * Review statements from involved parties collected during the inspection scheduling; * Analyze photos of the collision moment and Google Maps images of the incident location; * Reconstruct the collision sequence and determine liability of involved parties; * Conduct risk analysis to ensure the authenticity of facts reported in the police report. Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48 Requirements: * Technical or undergraduate studies in progress * Prior experience in claims adjusting, preferably in the automotive sector * Technical knowledge of claims analysis, coverage, liabilities, and related documentation * Ability to identify frauds and inconsistencies in insurance claims * Interpretation of technical documents, fraud reports, and expert opinions * Knowledge of traffic regulations
