Job Summary: Bodywork Team Leader responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring service quality, as well as leading and developing the team. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and review of technical documents * Position: Bodywork Team Leader * Temporary or permanent contract? Permanent * Number of positions: 1 * Salary – BRL 3.500,00 + variable component based on achievement of targets (estimated total remuneration of BRL 8.000,00, depending on objective attainment). * Working hours and days: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:12 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. * Benefits: Medical plan (Unimed); Dental assistance; On-site cafeteria; Food allowance of BRL 600.00 via Pluxee card; Transportation allowance; Life insurance; Pharmacy assistance; Medication reimbursement; Wellhub/Gympass; Employee assistance program * Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and distribute documents related to the bodywork and painting area, ensuring process organization and compliance; Coordinate, monitor, and ensure the quality of bodywork and painting services performed, adhering to deadlines and technical standards; Lead, guide, and develop the bodywork and painting team, promoting engagement, productivity, and compliance with internal policies; Prepare estimates for bodywork and painting services, analyzing damages and estimating costs for parts, materials, and labor; Maintain contact with claims adjusters, providing technical information, submitting documentation, and tracking processes until closure. Required Experience and Knowledge: Experience in automotive bodywork; Experience in team management; Experience in deadline control and interface with insurers, appraisers, or clients (in workshops handling insurance claims). * Hazardous or unhealthy work conditions? No. * Education: Completed high school; Bachelor’s degree in progress preferred. * Participating cities/neighborhoods: Caxias do Sul region. * Behavioral traits: Leadership, organization, negotiation skills, attention to quality, and strong communication skills.
