




Job Summary: Professional responsible for end-to-end claims management, from initial screening and document analysis to repair follow-up and member support. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of vehicle claims and relationship with members. 2. Process optimization and cost control in the claims area. 3. Document analysis and management of suppliers and partners. Pre\-analysis of claims, including initial screening and verification of contractual coverage; Verification of documents (police reports, vehicle registration certificates, driver's licenses, photos, estimates) for completeness and authenticity; Preparation of daily/weekly claim status reports; Creation and maintenance of spreadsheets for tracking departmental costs and productivity; Monitoring of vehicle repairs at authorized workshops, including negotiation of deadlines and costs; Selection of workshops jointly with members or third parties involved in collisions; Monitoring of deadlines for submission of investigation and technical appraisal reports; Follow-up on claims adjustment tasks; Management of information return from external adjusters; Requesting and managing outsourced services (towing, auto glass replacement, rental cars); Validation of invoices and service completion certificates; Member support to clarify process status; Organization of physical and digital documents for audits; Updating internal systems with claim decisions and movements; Consolidation of data for trend analysis and performance indicators; Identification of document inconsistencies and request for corrections; Suggestion of operational workflow improvements to enhance efficiency.
