Ensuring quality standards and project timelines Description: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning; * Experience in infrastructure and construction budgeting is desirable. * Registration with CREA or CAU is desirable. * Preparation of feasibility studies based on Land Bank materials and information for contracting new areas; * Analysis of basic, executive, and complementary projects of developments to ensure the Company's quality standards and project approval timelines; * Technical analysis of urban planning projects through field visits, mapping physical and topographic characteristics of the land. * Supervision of construction execution through periodic site visits to ensure compliance with approved projects and to gather feedback from construction sites for improving technical specifications of projects. 251108020218761307
