Job Summary: A professional to develop and implement Quality Management System activities on construction sites, improve processes, and maintain IMS certification. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunities for professional development and an innovation-stimulating environment We are seeking a professional to work on one of our construction sites in the Cotia region. The role involves developing and implementing Quality Management System activities, including training, preparation, organization, and document control, aiming to enhance processes, standardize services, ensure service quality, and maintain certification under IMS standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Document control and updating of the QMS. * Quality control of civil construction projects. * Preparation of data books and operation manuals. * Support for internal, external, and supplier audits. * Updating KPIs and analyzing customer satisfaction data. * Organizing training sessions and onboarding new employees. * Assisting in the preparation and review of quality-related documents. * Monitoring corrective actions and process improvements. * Proposing, capturing, maintaining, and implementing improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum 1–3 years of experience in quality management. * Degree in related fields (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management, Occupational Safety, etc.). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Residence in the region (must have easy access to Cotia). **Additional Information** **Benefits:** --------------- * Transportation Allowance * Meal Voucher * Health Insurance * Life Insurance * Totalpass We are a company that, in a short period, has built a solid reputation in the engineering and construction sector.
