Description: * Required: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Transportation Engineering, Railway Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * CREA or CAU (for architects only) * Desired: * Postgraduate degree/MBA in Project Management; * Postgraduate degree/Master's degree in a related specialty; * Plan and supervise all phases of railway building projects, from conception to completion; * Develop and monitor project schedules, identifying and mitigating potential risks; * Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control; * Support multidisciplinary teams to ensure integration and cohesion among different project components; * Prepare and review technical documents, progress reports, and project proposals; * Ensure compliance with railway-sector-specific safety, quality, and environmental standards and regulations; * Facilitate communication among stakeholders, conducting regular update and problem-resolution meetings; * Identify and implement continuous improvements in project management processes and practices; * Guide the project team, providing support and professional development; * Collaborate with regulatory authorities and government agencies to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. 2511290202181893886
