Ensure that the company's processes are **mapped, standardized, measured, and controlled**, guaranteeing alignment with strategic planning, construction timelines, approved budgets, and internal and legal regulations of the civil construction sector. * Map, design, and document **end-to-end processes** (engineering, construction, procurement, finance, contracts, and post-construction) * + Standardize operational workflows, internal policies, and procedures + Identify bottlenecks, operational risks, and rework + Propose continuous improvements aimed at increasing productivity and reducing costs + Implement process-specific performance indicators (KPIs) + Integrate **budgeting, planning, execution, and construction control processes** + Ensure alignment between **physical and financial schedules** + Manage contract amendments, measurements, contracts, and suppliers + Develop and monitor process and operational performance dashboards + Generate management reports for executive leadership + Support ERP implementation and improvement (Sienge, Mega, SAP, Totvs, etc.)
