Job Summary: A Post-Construction Building Technician to handle customer service, conduct inspections, diagnose issues, and prepare technical reports, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Preparing technical reports and supervising repair services. An enterprise management consulting firm is seeking a Post-Construction Building Technician in Itapema (Downtown). MovRH is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering recruitment, selection, and talent management services. **Responsibilities:** Provide customer service during the post-delivery phase of construction projects, recording and tracking requests. Conduct technical inspections on delivered units and common areas, identifying construction non-conformities. Diagnose construction pathologies (cracks, water infiltration, hydraulic or electrical issues, among others). Prepare detailed technical reports analyzing incidents and defining solutions. Schedule, monitor, and supervise repair services performed by in-house or third-party teams. Manage service response deadlines according to the owner’s manual and the builder’s standards. Act as the interface between customers, suppliers, and the engineering team, ensuring quality and satisfaction. Perform measurements and validation of completed services. Monitor contractual warranties and advise customers on proper property usage and maintenance. Enter service records, evidence, and demand statuses into internal systems. Support continuous improvement of construction processes by reporting recurring issues and systemic failures. Ensure compliance with technical standards and occupational safety regulations during interventions. Previous experience as a Junior Civil Engineer, Building Maintenance Coordinator, Construction Site Supervisor, or Construction Project Analyst may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position.
