We are committed to valuing our employees and investing in their career development, fostering a high-quality work environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare project budgets, including quantity take-offs, cost composition, and inputs by phase; * Develop physical and financial schedules for each project, defining execution milestones, delivery deadlines, interdependent phases, and disbursement forecasts aligned with construction planning; * Conduct technical quantity surveys and analyses, interpreting drawings, specifications, and sketches to accurately estimate inputs, services, and materials required for each construction phase; * Monitor and update the database of unit costs and historical budget data, ensuring consistency and currency of values according to market prices and supplier negotiations; * Perform cost simulations and economic\-financial feasibility analyses, considering different execution scenarios, timelines, and supply conditions; * Monitor the physical and financial progress of construction projects, comparing planned versus actual performance and flagging schedule, scope, or budget deviations to the Project Leader; * Support the team in preparing presentations and management reports, organizing budgetary and scheduling information for strategic meetings and decision-making; * Interact with engineering professionals to clarify scope, budget, timeline, and supplementary requirement-related questions, maintaining consistency between design and execution; * Support the review and updating of ongoing project plans, re-planning phases and adjusting budgets when scope changes or technical contingencies arise; * Verify that budgets, plans, and control documents are properly organized and archived, maintaining information traceability and compliance with internal company standards. **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Proficiency and experience with AutoCAD and Excel; * Experience in quantity surveying and budget preparation.
