Receive and analyze site-related information to prepare managerial reports. Draft reports in Portuguese and English. Interact with various departments to monitor and clarify KPIs and data. Submit reports to the company’s CEO prior to client delivery. Identify, alert on, and monitor project risks. Participate in project progress meetings. Structure and standardize internal project monitoring processes and documents.
