Job Summary: Responsible for managing project budgets and schedules, controlling costs, coordinating projects, and analyzing the creation of new ventures. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and development of new ventures. **Responsibilities** Responsible for monitoring project budgets and schedules; performing cost control; preparing progress reports; authorizing purchases; tracking and approving measurements in Sienge; coordinating construction projects; jointly analyzing new project development with partners, among other duties. **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required; **Relevant experience in the responsibilities described above is required;** Proficiency in computer applications (especially Excel); Experience with the Sienge system is desirable; Preference for candidates residing in Ipatinga. **Additional Information** Compensation: BRL 5,000.00 + transportation allowance. Working hours: Flexible. Location: Cidade Nobre, Ipatinga.
