Job Summary: We are seeking a journalist with a critical perspective and expertise in economics to produce editorial content and podcasts on capital markets. Key Highlights: 1. Connecting the audience with the economic and financial landscape We seek a journalist with a critical perspective, expertise in economics, and genuine interest in capital markets to produce editorial content and podcasts. The role requires the ability to transform complex topics into relevant, accessible, and rigorously reported stories, connecting the audience to key developments in the economic and financial landscape. **Responsibilities:** * Research, produce, and edit journalistic content on SRM’s business activities and capital markets; * Script, produce, and participate in podcasts (interviews, storytelling, and informative formats); * Conduct interviews with diverse sources (executives, experts, and internal spokespeople); * Translate complex topics into clear language while maintaining journalistic rigor; * Develop story ideas aligned with news cycles and the company’s communication needs; * Produce institutional and internal communication content (announcements, campaigns, content for employees); * Create content for external channels not necessarily related to economics (branding, culture, positioning, etc.); * Ensure editorial consistency, information quality, and tone-of-voice alignment; **Requirements:** * Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields; * Experience in writing, production, or media outlets (preferably economics/business); * Experience with podcasts (production, scripting, editing, and/or hosting); * Knowledge of capital markets, investments, and macroeconomics; * Excellent writing and research skills; * Strong interviewing skills and, ideally, experience in audio/video participation; * Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in corporate and/or internal communications; * Portfolio featuring podcasts, reports, or content projects; * Basic knowledge of audio editing and content distribution; * Advanced English for reading and research; **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary \+ Annual Profit-Sharing Plan (PPR). * Transportation Benefit via SWILE flexible card. * Meal Allowance via SWILE flexible card. * Bradesco Health and Dental Insurance; * TotalPass for physical activities; * Life Insurance; * Birthday Day Off. **On-site – Central Region of São Paulo – SP, near Luz Metro Station (Yellow Line).**
