




Job Summary: Professional responsible for fabric inventory management, store organization, receiving materials, digital support, and assisting the cutting team. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory and stock management of fabrics and various materials 2. Digital support, including product photography and editing 3. Support for the cutting team and overall store organization Update fabric inventory on the platform/system using the fabric roller machine or yellow measuring tape; inspections must follow length filters: fabrics with zero length up to 0.4 m, fabrics from 0.5 m to 3 m, fabrics from 3.1 m to 10 m; also conduct verifications by category/section, e.g., printed viscose fabrics; store organization: keep all fabric rolls properly organized within the store space to ensure ease and efficiency for the team; receive fabrics and materials from suppliers, verify invoices (NFs), and guide storage location; digital support: photograph new arrivals, perform basic editing, and register products on the platform, entering all required information clearly and consistently; assist the cutting team as needed, locating specific fabrics. Education: completed high school. Mandatory requirement: prior experience in this role. **Skills:** organization; teamwork; care for materials; clear communication; digital awareness for entering information into the system; positive attitude and stamina. Knowledge: basic knowledge of fabric types (crepe, flannel, viscose, linen, organza, etc.); understanding of workplace safety; familiarity with goods receipt and inspection procedures; understanding of quality control; inventory organization; basic photography and editing.
