Apply methodologies to ensure the proper implementation of best practices in Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, and Internal Controls, with emphasis on the following aspects. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead technical discussions across multidisciplinary teams; * Conduct follow-up on action plans arising from risk analyses and/or internal audits; * Participate in meetings with various organizational levels (Specialists, Managers, Directors); * Deliver training on Governance, Risk, Compliance, Internal Controls, etc.; * Prepare and consolidate managerial/executive reports for the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and other stakeholders, focusing on risks, controls, deficiencies, and action plans; * Map, document, and assess the design and effectiveness of internal controls/SOX using recognized methodologies (e.g., control self-assessment, control monitoring); * Monitor the effectiveness of internal controls/SOX, ensuring compliance with legal requirements; * Ensure maintenance and integrity of SOX documentation: process maps, RCMs, test evidence, etc.; * Support management in identifying, assessing, and remediating SOX deficiencies; * Coordinate critical access management and Segregation of Duties (SoD) routines; * Conduct compliance audits on contracts and/or suppliers, as well as Anti-Corruption Due Diligence; * Ensure SOX control documentation is reviewed per corporate guidelines. * Apply strategic, tactical, and/or operational risk management methodologies; * Respond to, monitor, and coordinate internal and external audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring technically sound, traceable, and timely responses; * Propose and implement continuous improvements to processes and work methodologies through innovation, digitalization, and automation, enhancing productivity, efficiency, and security; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics. * Minimum 5 years of experience in GRC, Finance, Auditing, Internal Controls, etc.; * Experience in large industrial companies and/or auditing/consulting firms (Big 4); * Ethical conduct consistent with the role, acting as a multiplier; * Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree/Specialization in Auditing, Finance, Governance, Risk, and/or Compliance (GRC); * Proficiency in Office 365, including Power BI, Teams, Planner, PowerPoint, and Outlook; * Experience in project management using agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum); * Business process mapping, internal controls, and associated risk identification; * Basic knowledge of SAP (with emphasis on SOX-relevant processes and transactions); * Basic understanding of business finance and strategy; * Desired certifications: CIA/CRMA/CCSA or related; **Additional Information** **We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:** * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR). * Unimed health plan for employees and dependents. * Dental plan for employees and dependents. * Free transportation allowance. * On-site cafeteria. * Life insurance. * Eyeglass lens reimbursement. * Maternity/paternity gift basket. * Wedding gift. * Recreational association. * Career development path. **Join our team!** We are a global company and world leader in steel production, present in 155 countries with over 157,000 people building the future every day.
