




Job Summary: A professional responsible for controlling and managing engineering project costs, preparing budgets and variance analyses, and supporting decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Control and management of engineering project costs. 2. Preparation and updating of budgets and cost compositions. 3. Variance analysis and management support for decision-making. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare periodic project re-budgeting, ensuring compliance with contractual and budgetary guidelines; * Prepare/Update cost compositions based on actual quantities and productivity on site; * Continuously update resource prices (materials, labor, and equipment); * Monitor and control the project budget through cost allocations and measurement of work completed; * Record and validate physical progress of construction in the CCS system, ensuring data consistency and reliability; * Analyze variances between planned and actual budgets, identifying causes, risks, and proposing corrective actions; * Support project management with managerial information for decision-making and effective cost control; REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Production Engineering. * Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems. * Experience in budget preparation based on cost compositions. * Experience in Construction Planning and Control. * Experience in client and third-party measurements. * Knowledge and experience in engineering construction projects. * Experience in technical documentation management and control. **Desirable:** * Familiarity with the CCS software. * Proficiency in English. ✔ We recognize that preferential opportunities for women and persons with disabilities (PCD) contribute to creating a more collaborative, innovative, and inclusive workplace.
