Job Summary: Documentation Consultant focused on regularization, permits, and licenses, responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing contracts and documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and good interpersonal relationships **Position: Documentation Consultant (Regularization, Permits, and Licenses)** **Employment Type: PJ (On-site) \- Fortaleza\-CE** **Requirements and Responsibilities:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning or Civil Engineering or related field; * Proven experience in real estate regularization documents, permits, and licenses; * Plan and monitor clients and contracts; * Proficiency in spreadsheets, documents, and presentations (Microsoft Office Suite); * Management and issuance of documentation (regularization, permits, and licenses); * Service presentation and direct client interaction; * Contract management, ensuring compliance with agreed terms; * Organization of documents related to the process/contract; * Ability to work in a team, communicate effectively, and maintain good relationships.
