Responsibilities: * Identify and develop business opportunities for concrete supply services among small-, medium-, and large-sized customers; * Prospect customers, prepare commercial proposals, close contracts, handle collections and orders; * Manage and maintain the customer portfolio; * Conduct periodic customer visits to consolidate and expand relationships and identify new business opportunities; * Monitor services delivered and advise customers; * Provide technical assistance and post-sales support, including customer satisfaction monitoring. Requirements: * Commercial experience in the civil construction sector (concrete/mortar/paints/construction materials); * Knowledge of concrete and mortar is an advantage; * Undergraduate degree (currently pursuing); * In-depth knowledge of the regional civil construction market is essential.
