Communication among teams and smooth administrative operations **Description:** Responsible for supporting the administrative management of construction projects by controlling information, monitoring processes, and organizing data related to site activities. The professional will support the planning and execution of construction site requirements, assist in material control, update records, and prepare reports to track service progress. Additionally, they will maintain organized spreadsheets and documents, contributing to inter-team communication and ensuring efficient administrative routines on-site. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office tools—especially Excel—and proactivity to handle diverse demands in a construction environment. **Responsibilities:** * Material quotation * Management of contact lists * Report preparation **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in at least the second year of an undergraduate program in Civil Engineering. * Intermediate Excel skills * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency Compensation: R$2.400,00 - R$3.600,00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
