Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all stages of a construction project, from inception to final delivery, ensuring execution within schedule, budget, and expected quality. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of construction projects with exclusive standards and management of renovations and construction 2. Team management, planning, budgeting, and project profitability 3. Coordination of material procurement and service contracting Responsibilities: * Execution of construction projects with exclusive standards; * Adherence to project planning and budget; * Management of construction projects (renovations and new builds); * Project profitability; * Well-sized and integrated construction team; * Monitoring of material procurement and third-party and freelance service contracting; * Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all stages of a construction project, from inception to final delivery; * Ensuring the project is executed on schedule, within budget, and to the expected quality. Requirements: * Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in construction project management. * Active CREA registration; * Experience in people and project management.
