Results-oriented mindset and organizational skills **Position: Construction Foreman** We are seeking an experienced **Construction Foreman**, with strong leadership and organizational abilities, to coordinate and supervise construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines. Compensation and Benefits * **Salary:** R$ 7\.625,27 * **Transportation Allowance** * **Meal Voucher:** R$ 36,96 per day Work Schedule * **Monday to Thursday:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * **Friday:** 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Main Responsibilities * Review construction plans together with the responsible engineer; * Assemble the work team, assign tasks, and monitor activity execution; * Guide site setup and organization of the construction site; * Keep superiors informed about project progress; * Verify specifications of procured materials; * Ensure compliance with established quality standards; * Enforce occupational safety regulations, ensuring proper use of PPEs and collective protective equipment; * Prevent material waste; * Ensure maintenance, cleaning, storage, and preservation of materials and equipment used on-site; * Coordinate work performed by civil construction professionals.
