Ensuring quality and safety on construction sites We are hiring a Construction Foreman to coordinate and execute activities at construction sites, ensuring all phases are completed according to schedule, quality standards, and safety regulations. Responsibilities: * Supervise and guide mason, laborer, and other construction site personnel. * Monitor progress of work to ensure adherence to the schedule. * Interpret blueprints, project documents, and technical specifications. * Manage material inventory and request replenishments as needed. * Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety regulations. * Record incidents, relay information to engineering staff, and update construction reports. * Guarantee quality of executed work. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Construction Foreman. * Knowledge of blueprint reading, quantity surveying, and civil construction techniques. * Leadership, organizational skills, and strong communication ability. * Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions. * Completed high school education; courses in related fields are a plus.
