Desired qualifications: ✔ Conduct end-to-end purchasing processes: from identifying needs to receiving goods and managing suppliers; ✔ Procure technical and operational inputs (asphalt, concrete, steel, PPEs, heavy equipment, etc.); ✔ Contract various services: freight, maintenance, catering, rentals, among others; ✔ Negotiate commercial terms and analyze proposals with focus on cost-benefit; ✔ Monitor deliveries and resolve any deviations; ✔ Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers; ✔ Monitor market trends and insights to support purchasing decisions.
