Analyze and interpret project documents, ensuring compliance with applicable standards. **Job Description — Civil Engineer (Morrinhos \- GO)** **Position:** Civil Engineer **Location:** Morrinhos – GO **Employment Type:** CLT / PJ **Field:** Civil construction **Main Responsibilities** A Civil Engineer will be responsible for tasks including: * Supervising, **planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects and works**. * Monitoring schedules, **deadline control, cost management, and quality assurance** throughout all project phases. * Technical and operational supervision of on-site construction activities. * Preparing **reports and measurements**, organizing technical documentation. * Conducting meetings with teams and partners to define goals and adjust project plans. * Analyzing and interpreting project documents, **ensuring compliance with applicable standards**. * Project studies, planning, budgeting, inspections, supervision, technical assistance, and evaluation of construction works. **Essential Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering** (proof of graduation required). * **CREA registration** (Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy). * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel), AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or ERP systems. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in construction projects or project management. * Leadership, organizational, and communication skills. **Operational Activities** * Site visits and inspections. * Verification of construction materials and methods. * Preparation of reports and technical monitoring. **Salary and Benefits** Salary negotiable Benefits: * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Health insurance **Skills** * Organization and proactivity. * Clear communication with teams. * Time management and task prioritization. * Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
