Our daily work is highly dynamic and involves full construction project management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage construction projects; * Define execution methodology; * Conduct site inspections; * Supervise construction site safety; * Control quality of the development and design; * Coordinate and plan team activities to meet requirements outlined in the strategic plan for the ongoing construction project; * Monitor the development and execution of construction phases to assess compliance with procedures, physical and financial schedules (planned vs. actual), and quality of executed services; * Coordinate administrative activities on-site to prepare and organize documentation required for property registration with municipal governments and other competent authorities and local utility companies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Experience with the “Casa Verde e Amarela” program is a plus; * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Civil Engineer; * Advanced Microsoft Office package; * Registration with CREA; * Experience with Masonry Construction Methodology; * Valid driver’s license. **Additional Information** Benefits: Meal voucher or food allowance of BRL 31.80 per day.
