Focus on quality, technical standards, and occupational safety A civil construction company seeks a Civil Engineer in Itajaí (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Plan and manage projects and constructions. Coordinate on-site construction execution. Manage and coordinate the workforce. Prepare and control construction budgets. Manage supplies and resources required for execution. Prepare material quantity takeoffs for construction projects. Analyze and adjust project costs. Perform critical analysis and integration of construction design documents. Monitor concrete pouring operations and review concrete strength test reports. Define and ensure necessary resources for site operations. Continuously verify service quality and team productivity. Implement and monitor compliance with labor legislation in the construction industry. Implement and supervise adherence to technical standards and occupational safety regulations. Ensure understanding and application of the company’s quality policy on-site. Train and provide technical guidance to site personnel. Previous experience as an Architect, Structural Engineer, Construction Engineer, or Project Engineer may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
