Job Summary: An engineering company is seeking a Budget and Cost Engineer to prepare, review, and consolidate budgets; compose unit costs; and support BID processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare, review, and consolidate executive budgets (CAPEX and OPEX) 2. Perform unit cost composition and develop estimates 3. Support BID processes, technical proposals, and commercial proposals An engineering company is seeking a Budget and Cost Engineer in Salvador. **Responsibilities:** Prepare, review, and consolidate executive budgets (CAPEX and OPEX). Perform unit cost composition (materials, labor, equipment, and services). Develop parametric and analytical estimates. Analyze executive projects (civil, structural, special works) for quantity take-offs. Support BID processes, technical proposals, and commercial proposals. Monitor and control approved budget vs. actual expenditure (budget vs. actual). Prepare managerial reports on physical\-financial performance. Interface with Procurement for strategic quotations. Support technical and economic\-financial feasibility studies. Analyze contracts and amendments from a cost perspective. Bachelor's degree required.
