Development of reports and performance statements **Objective**: Monitor and analyze consumption, telemetry, and operational data to ensure accurate interpretation of information, customer support, and generation of reports and performance statements. **General Information**: * Location: Fully on-site, São Paulo – South Zone – Jardins neighborhood. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:12 to 18:00\. * Remuneration: R$4\.240,00 **Benefits Package**: * Health Insurance – SulAmérica: No co-payment (deduction only for dependents). * Dental Insurance – Porto Seguro: No co-payment (deduction only for dependents). * Food Allowance: R$195.00 fixed per month. * Meal Voucher: R$31.80 per day. * Transportation Allowance: Full coverage or Fuel Voucher: R$120.00\. * Group Life Insurance: Protection and peace of mind. * TotalPass: Access to physical activities at no cost. * Chiropractic Care: 2 sessions per month at the office, at no cost. * Beauty Services: Manicure and Barber services once per month, at no cost. **Main Responsibilities**: * Monitor and analyze water consumption per unit. * Contact customers to clarify and justify consumption. * Review visit history via service orders. * Support technical visit scheduling and update internal controls. * Perform registrations and updates in the telemetry and Field Control systems. * Analyze baseline data for new implementations and already-implemented units. * Monitor technical reports, billing dashboards, and performance statements. * Validate invoice compliance and request credits from utility providers. * Prepare performance statements and reports for customers. * Record performance statements and invoices in customers’ databases. * Maintain updated customer registries and billing forecast databases. **Desired Qualifications**: * Degree in Engineering (Civil, Production, Environmental, or related fields) – currently enrolled or completed. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **Required Skills**: * Analytical mindset, organizational skills and attention to detail, strong communication, proactivity, accountability, ability to work with data and deadlines, interpersonal relationship skills
