We seek individuals with strong technical skills, autonomy, and interest in solving complex engineering problems. * Develop and evolve backend services using Elixir and OTP * Build high-availability APIs and distributed systems * Work with asynchronous processing and event-driven architecture * Participate in architectural decisions and the platform’s technical evolution * Ensure application performance, resilience, and observability * Conduct code reviews and contribute to improving engineering practices * Collaborate across different squads and departments **\# Primary stack** * **Elixir / OTP** * **Phoenix** * **PostgreSQL** * **Kafka** * **Docker** * **AWS / GCP** **Requirements and qualifications** **Who are we looking for?
