**What are we looking for?** * Define and apply best development practices, ensuring system quality, scalability, and maintainability. * Develop scalable, high-performance web interfaces using JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, and Next.js. * Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications with React Native, participating in all phases of the application lifecycle. * Collaborate with designers to transform UI/UX prototypes into real implementations, ensuring usability, accessibility, and visual consistency. * Implement security best practices (XSS, CORS, OWASP) and performance optimizations (lazy loading, code splitting, memoization). * Conduct code reviews and promote quality standards such as linting, automated testing, and CI/CD. * Mentor junior and mid-level developers, sharing technical knowledge and supporting architectural decisions. * Participate in the development and evolution of complex features across Frontend and Backend projects. * Propose technological improvements and monitor system evolution. * Validate delivery quality, existing tests, and new features. * Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and proactively resolve issues. **Requirements:** * Experience in Frontend Web development with JavaScript and TypeScript. * Strong proficiency in ReactJS and Next.js, including concepts such as SSR, SSG, and API Routes. * Proven experience developing mobile applications using React Native. * Knowledge of security (authentication, authorization, and protection against web attacks) and performance (monitoring, profiling, and bundle optimization). **Nice-to-haves:** * Knowledge of Cloud platforms. * Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate closely with designers to translate visual and usability requirements into code. * Experience in technical mentoring, conducting code reviews, and promoting best practices. * Experience with micro-frontend architecture or monorepos (Nx, Turborepo). * Knowledge of end-to-end testing using tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Detox, or Jest. **Work Location:** Remote **Who is Insi?** We are a consultancy specialized in digital transformation.
