Salary of R$ 2\.500 \+ R$ 300 for transportation allowance. Company with a career development plan. Main responsibilities: Proven experience in welding certification for machines and equipment, using the processes listed below, totaling approximately 15 years. Must demonstrate accountability for assigned tasks. \- Mastery of welding processes: MIG/MAG, TIG, and electrode welding; \- Welding carbon steel and stainless steel; \- Proficiency in plasma cutting and oxy-fuel cutting, as well as grinding and other abrasive cutting processes; \- Knowledge of metrology and metallurgy; \- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; \- Assemble and weld parts and machinery; \- Leadership and team motivation skills; \- Ability to manage and meet deadlines; \- Commitment to company activities and principles. \- Perform assembly welding, mechanical assembly of machines and equipment, grinding, cutting using various methods, assist in production, and painting. Requirements: \- LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION IS A PLUS; \- Technical qualification in Boiler Making or Welding; \- Up-to-date with courses and training in welding and boiler making; \- Availability for business trips (duration of 7 to 30 days, expenses covered by the company); \- Leadership experience is a plus; \- Punctuality is essential. \- Commitment to the work performed is essential. \- Commitment to meeting deadlines is essential. \- Ability to receive instructions from the Production Leader and perform tasks responsibly. \- Knowledge of reading and interpreting mechanical engineering drawings.
