Job Summary: A professional responsible for raw material portioning and inventory management, ensuring organization and traceability. Key Highlights: 1. Handling raw material portioning for aerosols and sanitizers. 2. Focus on organization, inventory control, and continuous improvement. 3. Use of systems such as SAP for material management. I – RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform raw material portioning according to formulations for each semi-finished aerosol and sanitizer product. II \- DESCRIPTION OF MAIN ACTIVITIES: * Cleaning and organizing the workplace; * Checking instruments in the area and pre-use equipment verification; * Following operational procedures for handling materials during transportation; * Requesting raw materials via SAP according to procedure; * Verifying delivered materials against Quality status, Code, Batch, and Quantity; * Correctly portioning and labeling raw materials, following GMP criteria; * Assembling pallet loads, organizing and labeling them according to specifications; * Transferring loads from the small ingredients area to the process area and entering information into Unilever’s accounting system (SAP); * Conducting physical inventory vs. system (SAP) reconciliation; * Storing received materials from the warehouse and assessing material needs in process areas; * Returning unused materials at shift end to storage and creating reservations in SAP; * Verifying SKU codes; * Delivering raw material orders upon completion of the product program, correctly identifying them per specifications; * Identifying and creating opportunities for improvement in the work environment; * Managing chemical material inventory both in the system and physically within the area; * Ensuring compliance with shelf-life policy by operating on a FIFO basis; * Recording raw material receipt and consumption for control and traceability purposes; * Identifying and reporting non-conforming products; * Participating in processes and activities aimed at reducing losses and waste through UMS methodology kaizens. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:** * Technical course in Chemistry or related fields, currently enrolled or completed; * Prior experience in production; * Basic computer skills; Desirable: * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering or related fields; * Prior professional experience in consumer goods industries; * Prior professional experience working in teams; Professional experience with continuous improvement methods and methodologies Unilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
