Sao Paulo, Brazil \| Full time \| Office\-based \| R1545536 **Work Vision** We are seeking a professional to work in training and development within the CES (Commercial Engagement Services) area, supporting teams such as Medical Representatives (MR), MSLs, Customer Service (SAC), and Patient Support Programs (PSP). This role will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance team performance and technical knowledge.**Responsibilities:*** Identify training needs in collaboration with business units and define development strategies; * Plan, structure, and deliver training programs (in-person, online, and hands-on); * Develop and organize instructional materials; * Conduct training sessions and monitor participant progress; * Provide feedback and support continuous employee development in coordination with direct managers; * Support junior members of the training team; * Under supervision, design assessments to measure training effectiveness; **Requirements:*** Completed undergraduate degree (preferably in health-related fields); * Prior experience in training, customer service (SAC), PSP, or related areas; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Experience delivering presentations and conducting in-person training; * Coaching and people development skills; * Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders (teams, leadership, internal customers); * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Familiarity with industry code of conduct and ethical guidelines; * Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred); * Intermediate English (preferred); Work Model: 100% in-office at the IQVIA office.*IQVIA is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
