We seek a responsible, attentive, and committed professional with experience in mechanized cleaning and operation of industrial equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency in sanitation processes. Requirements:* ️ **REQUIREMENTS – T7 MACHINE OPERATOR (FLOOR SCRUBBER)** Valid driver’s license category A or B is required. Knowledge of mechanized cleaning of industrial floors (warehouses, factories, supermarkets, shopping malls, etc.); Basic understanding of dilution and proper use of cleaning chemicals; Ability to operate electric or battery-powered equipment; Basic knowledge of preventive machine maintenance (battery inspection, brush condition, tank levels, etc.); Attention to and care for company property and equipment; Commitment to safety standards and use of PPE; Flexibility in work schedule (variable shifts, if necessary); Good organization, responsibility, and discipline in performing routine tasks; Flexible working hours 6-day workweek with 2 days off, Monday through Saturday Immediate availability required. Benefits **Salary and Benefits** Salary: BRL 2,031.57 + 40% hazard pay + 10% bonus; meals provided on-site; food basket: BRL 205.91/month; attendance bonus: BRL 110.00; life insurance; and career development plan.
