**Responsibilities:**
* Build and maintain a constrained supply plan aligned with demand and IBP decisions.
Translate strategic decisions into short- and medium-term operational plans
Perform Rough\-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP), validating capacity against critical constraints
Manage capacity constraints, lead times, MOQs, and suppliers
Ensure consistent application of inventory policies and planning parameters
Ensure stability, adherence, and governance of the MRP process
Monitor execution versus plan, enabling agile replanning when necessary
Act as a bridge between Demand Planning, Procurement, Production, Logistics, and Customer Service
Support structured decision-making with scenario analysis and trade\-offs
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields
* MBA in Supply Chain and/or APICS certification (preferred)
* Advanced English proficiency
* Strong knowledge of Supply Planning, RCCP, MRP, and IBE/IBP
* Capacity analysis and constraint management (internal plants and CMOs)
* Knowledge of inventory planning and optimization
* Knowledge of scenario planning and trade\-off analysis
* Experience with planning systems (SAP, APS)
* Experience in planning process governance and execution
