Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring the cleaning, organization, and maintenance of tableware and utensils in a renowned hotel chain, with a focus on maintaining washing equipment. Maintenance of washing equipment A renowned hotel chain is hiring for the position of Steward (Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist). \*\*\***Exclusive opportunity for persons with disabilities (PCD) or INSS-rehabilitated individuals.** Responsibilities: * Ensure cleaned tableware is stored in appropriate areas; * Clean the dishwashing machine, including removing waste, spraying the interior, cleaning and unclogging water jets, as well as cleaning the exterior surface, and resolving any operational issues with the dishwashing machine when necessary; * Use detergents, rinsing agents, and sanitizing chemicals at appropriate concentrations to clean dishes, ensuring correct chlorine levels and sufficiently hot water temperature; * Place soiled items onto racks (cutlery, tableware, etc.); * Separate cutlery from tableware, placing each into designated compartments for washing/re-washing; * Inspect and stack cleaned items, returning soiled items for re-washing. Location: Leblon Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM, with one flexible day off.
