Strategic role as a multifunctional Launch Leader **Description:** ---------------- We are looking for a professional with solid industrial experience and strong expertise in project and launch management within the automotive sector. This position is strategic to ensure the efficient implementation of new processes, equipment, and production lines, guaranteeing quality, safety, and operational performance. **Key Responsibilities:** Develop and update project expense forecasts (Budget and Forecasts); Ensure launch execution according to the schedule defined jointly with the Program Manager; Coordinate new industrial implementations, factory installations, equipment, and production processes; Control investments and ensure adherence to approved costs; Validate scope changes, preventing financial deviations and project impacts; Lead multifunctional meetings to monitor factory activities; Deliver periodic presentations on project progress and status; Ensure proper procurement process flow for installations, equipment, and tooling; Coordinate, together with Industrial Engineering teams, process validation activities and schedules; Act as Launch Leader, integrating multifunctional operational areas; Monitor prototype and pilot part production; Monitor factory installations and productive layout adjustments; Ensure engineering changes do not impact product quality, safety, or performance; Monitor production ramp-up (learning curves), identify deviations, and implement corrective actions; Support communication with customers during project and launch phases. **Requirements:** ----------------- Completed Bachelor's degree, preferably in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; Experience in companies within the automotive segment; Experience in industrial project management; Practical experience in production processes and industrial launches.
