Ability to mentor and technically guide the team **Job Description:** **Position Overview** The Senior Frontend Developer will lead the evolution of Nextpower's product interfaces, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best UX/UI practices. This role serves as the technical reference within the team, supporting architectural decisions and component standardization. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead the design and implementation of complex web interfaces; * Define best practices for frontend architecture; * Monitor performance and accessibility metrics; * Support and review code written by other developers; * Collaborate on the evolution of the corporate Design System; * Participate in product and experience decisions alongside the PO Analyst and UI/UX team. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields; * 6+ years of frontend development experience; * Proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, advanced CSS, and modular architecture; * Experience with micro frontends and performance optimization; * Strong command of version control and build/deployment pipelines; * Ability to mentor and technically guide the team. * Intermediate or Advanced English proficiency **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in SaaS projects and corporate systems; * Knowledge of end-to-end testing; * Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
