If you identify with who we are ***\#VemSerSolar \#PaixãoQueTransforma \#SedeQueImpulsiona*** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Analyze quality indicators to identify deviations, trends, and improvement opportunities using statistical tools; * Conduct root cause investigations (using methodologies such as Ishikawa, 5 Whys, Pareto, among others); * Develop, monitor, and ensure the effectiveness of action plans, promoting continuous process improvement; * Develop and present management reports with analytical insight and decision-making support; * Provide technical support to manufacturing units, analyzing processes and identifying improvement opportunities; * Periodically lead meetings with local teams to review process performance and ensure definition and implementation of improvement actions; * Draft, revise, and ensure compliance with corporate quality guidelines, ensuring standardization and adherence to processes; * Actively participate in improvement projects related to SPC (Statistical Process Control) and MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis). **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Food/Chemical Engineering, Chemical Production Engineering, Chemical Processes, Industrial Chemistry, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; * Technical knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control); * Experience with performance indicators (KPIs) and action plan management. #### **Nice-to-Have (Differentiators):** * Postgraduate degree in Quality Management, Food Safety, or Quality Engineering; * Experience with process statistical analysis systems (e.g., SAP, among others); * Technical knowledge of MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis); * Experience in project management; * Knowledge of Power BI, advanced Excel, or other analytical tools. **Working Hours:** 8:30 AM to 6:18 PM, Monday to Friday **Additional Information** #### **See Some Other Benefits of Being Solar:** To care for your health and safety: * Health insurance with special conditions for you and your dependents; * Telemedicine services covering multiple specialties, including telepsychology; * Dental plan; * Emotional Wellbeing Program; * Wellhub (fitness center network); * Life insurance.
