Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic professional with extensive experience in program management and project development within the industrial/automotive sector to lead and coordinate new programs. Promotion of strategic alignment among multidisciplinary teams **Description:** ---------------- We are looking for a strategic professional with strong experience in program management and project development in the industrial/automotive sector to lead and coordinate new programs, ensuring excellence in quality, timeliness, and financial performance. **Key Responsibilities:** Manage the development of new programs, MCAs, and MYs, monitoring KPIs and launch metrics; Coordinate and support APR (Advanced Project Request) and PFA (Program Financial Approval) processes; Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects, scope changes, and CTO proposals; Lead multidisciplinary squads, promoting strategic alignment across functional areas; Manage program schedules, costs, risks, and financial outcomes; Conduct follow-up meetings, status reports, and executive presentations (MGR / 6 Panel Review); Negotiate timelines and deliverables with customers and suppliers, safeguarding project interests; Execute Cost Analysis (CA) and Change Request (CR) processes; Ensure compliance with APQP / LPMP methodologies and integrated program management systems; Operate in accordance with Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety standards. **Requirements:** ----------------- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or related fields; Postgraduate degree or MBA is considered a plus; Solid knowledge of: Integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and stakeholder management; Managerial APQP; MS Office and MS Project; Program management tools (Profile / LearPro); Languages: Fluent English is mandatory; Spanish and Mandarin are desirable.
