Join a team that values your best qualities! **Selection Process Steps** * **Application and tests** – Apply via the highlighted link. * **Screening** – Evaluation of requirements and profile. * **Interview with Talent Management Team** – Conversation to understand your motivations and career path. * **Interview with Leadership** – Technical evaluation and alignment with the area. * **Feedback and Result** – Communication regarding next steps. **Review the opportunity and apply!** **Job Responsibilities** **Job Mission** The professional will be responsible for mechanical integrity related to NR13, executing and guiding inspections and maintenance on static equipment, safety devices, and piping, ensuring compliance with requirements and standards established in certifications, regulatory norms, licenses, and other applicable documents — thereby contributing to plant operational compliance with established procedures and practices, aligned with current legislation. **Job Responsibilities** * Ensure plant equipment compliance with requirements and specifications established in certifications, regulatory norms, licenses, and other documents, by performing and supporting technicians in inspections, surveys, and analyses; identifying inconsistencies and interfacing with responsible parties for prompt correction; * Evaluate inspections of static equipment, issue and manage inspection reports (inspection recommendations), assess and control temporary repairs, and update safety logs; * Conduct failure studies and analyses aimed at improving static equipment reliability at the site, issuing engineering studies according to applicable techniques, procedures, and methods; * Issue technical specifications for developing and implementing maintenance service contracts and purchasing static equipment; * Control and monitor execution of Modification and Repair Projects required for maintenance services performed in our maintenance workshops and manufacturing areas; * Support commissioning and start-up of new assets; * Evaluate and ensure appropriate technical changes (Change Management); * Maintain updated technical lists and map and ensure spare parts strategy; * Recommend contracting, monitoring, discussion, and approval of non-destructive testing reports conducted on site assets; * Issue technical analyses for direct purchases of static equipment, safety devices, piping, accessories, and related static warehouse items; * Respond to internal and external audits, regulatory agencies, and similar bodies by participating in reception and accompanying visits, gathering information and documents, and preparing reports as needed; * Comply with health, occupational safety, and environmental policies and standards by performing activities in alignment with company-defined procedures, instructing other employees, and ensuring adherence to legislation; * Execute the already-established inspection plan and schedule, suggesting improvements, supporting resource allocation, instructing and participating in area activities, and being responsible for reviewing, standardizing, and updating inspection plans in inspection management and control software; * Issue monthly management reports on inspection indicators and controls. **Requirements** **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Intermediate English proficiency. **Mandatory Knowledge** Thorough knowledge of NR13 and design standards for vessels, piping, and tanks.
