We achieved this success by assembling an agile, creative, curious, innovative, and talented team with ambitious goals. **Responsibilities** * Develop and deliver high-quality backend code, ensuring stability in Production environments. * Design and implement scalable and robust APIs using the Spring ecosystem. * Ensure software quality through automated testing and code reviews. * Monitor application behavior in production and proactively resolve incidents. * Collaborate on developing automation, testing, and monitoring procedures. * Support system architecture evolution and the selection of new technologies. * Mentor less experienced developers and promote engineering best practices. Requirements: **Requirements** * Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 6 years of solid Java development experience. * Proficiency in the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, etc.) and web application fundamentals. * Practical experience with Cloud Architecture. * Proficiency in relational databases (MySQL) and experience with NoSQL databases. * Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience with Continuous Integration (CI/CD) tools and deployment pipelines. * Knowledge of Infrastructure\-as\-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible). * Experience with microservices architecture and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ). * Experience with application monitoring (New Relic, Datadog, ELK, or similar).
